Rice with shrimp and peppers

Ingredients
120 g rice
120 g shrimp
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
2 eggs
1 onion
1 tbsp soya sauce
salt
Method
Clean and scalded rice pour in boiling salted water and boil to soften him. Strain, pour cold water and leave to drain. Fry the finely chopped onion in sunflower oil to yellowing, add chopped into thin julienne peppers, shrimp mixture and cook until the peppers soften. Add the drained rice and fry, stirring constantly, until the rice begins to turn brown. Add soy sauce to the hot mixture, eggs, beaten with salt and stew some more.
