Roast pork with cheese and Chinese cabbage

Ingredients
800 g pork loin (piece)
200 g cheese
200 g Chinese cabbage
apples 2
1-2 tsp mustard
pepper
salt
Method
The meat is washed , dried and rubbed with salt and pepper. Put it in a suitable pan with 3-4 tbsp hot water or broth and bake about 30 minutes in a preheated moderate oven from time to time be watered with the releasing juice. The cheese is cut into thin pieces, which are coated with mustard. The washed and separated into leaves Chinese cabbage cut into julienne and skinned and core apples - thin slices.
