Rohovska banitsa

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp vinegar
3 eggs
300 g cheese
Method
In trough put the eggs, flour, sugar, the oil, vinegar and hot water and the whole was stirred while egg borne flour. The dough is divided into balls the size of a walnut, oval in sunflower oil, place in a pan, cover with a cloth and leave to rise. Of dough balls are rolled thin wafers smeared with sunflower oil and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Prepared crust turns bun and place in greased pan. Finally, sprinkle the top with a little sunflower oil and bake in a preheated to a temperature of 220 C oven for about 30 minutes. Baked banitsa sprinkle with a little water and with a towel.

Krassimir from all balls makes a crust you? Something I'm not very clear ... To turn on the bun - then remain at the center hole you?
Is there a picture to make it more clear?

Perhaps roll each ball and makes a bagel. Then all rings are placed in the baking pan and bake.
