Rolls of ham

Ingredients
ham
pickles
pickled peppers
bacon
boiled eggs
peas canned
canned corn
parsley
pepper
sunflower oil
leaves of fresh lettuce or cabbage
Method
Cut is diced pickles, peppers, bacon and boiled eggs. Add peas and maize. Mix all ingredients and season with chopped parsley, pepper and sunflower oil. The resulting mixture is spread over thin slices of ham and rolled up. One end of the roll screw with a leaf of lettuce (cabbage).
