Roux for lentils and beans

Ingredients
sunflower oil
salt
flour
paprika
red onion
Method
Heat the oil, Salt with salt, then add the chopped onion, fry it until golden. Add paprika, mix, then add the flour, which was stirred constantly until the slurries. After having received a poultice add the selected product-beans or lentils.

I do not want to comment on the taste of the recipe. But roux are generally unhealthy and unnecessary. I never Fry. Even in my childhood my mother stopped doing it without take the wonderful taste of its dishes.

And I think that the order of the red pepper and flour must be reversed. Pepper burns very quickly and then put the flour.
