Ingredients
5 kg green tomatoes
1 cup salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sunflower oil
garlic
dill
Method
Sliced ​​tomatoes mixed with the salt and sugar. Allow to drain for 24 hours. To already drained tomatoes add the vinegar, the oil, the chopped onion and fennel (the amount of onions and fennel is according to taste). Put it in jars and bring to the boil, boil 10-15 minutes to tighten the cap.

I add a few bay leaves. Becomes very delicious.

salad is very tasty.But I oil it *chirped* then add it to the drained tomatoes.All mess very well / tomatoes slightly change color / and then pour into jars.
