Salted shells

Ingredients
1 cup Melted fat (butter or lard)
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp ammonia soda
about 4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
100 g feta cheese
1 egg
cheese for sprinkling optional

Method
The fat is mixed with milk, which was dissolved in ammonia soda. Add flour, salt and sugar and mix a smooth dough. Roll out crust 4-5 mm and cut glass circles. Each circle put the stuffing of the feta cheese and egg, folded and pressed edges. Spread top with beaten egg and optional can sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a moderate oven. On the same dough, but salt can make shells sweet stuffing.
