Sauteed mushrooms

Ingredients
400 g small mushrooms
2 tbsp vegetable oil
30 g butter
4 tbsp sauce of roasted meat or strong broth of beef
1/4 cup white wine
pepper, salt

Method
Clean and wash mushrooms are dry and fry 7-8 minutes to heat vegetable oil. Put in heated pyrex and scatter pepper. In the fat from frying add the butter sauce and roasted. The mixture boils and it flooded mushrooms. Add wine. Mushrooms cloud the lid and sauté for 5-6 minutes. * If the mushrooms will be served as added to fat or game meat, instead of sauce or roast beef in the fat, add 1 tsp mustard 1 pinch of sugar dissolved in wine. You can add a little lemon juice and grated lemon peel.
