Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 large potato
1 egg
sunflower oil
salt, savory or spices of your choice

Method
Put the minced meat in a large bowl. To it add the grated potato, egg and some savory. You can put other spices to your taste. Confuse everything and more post spoon the mixture into the hot sunflower oil to fry.
