Sepia tomatoes

Ingredients
800 g small cuttlefish
2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
clove garlic
60 g breadcrumbs
1 sprig parsley
pepper
salt
Method
The squid has small bubble with a black liquid, which must be carefully cut off. Furthermore, under the head has another bubble with a dark yellow liquid that is poured into a cup. Squid washed, withdrawn inwards, remove their skin excised sucker and again washed well. In sunflower oil fry chopped onion, garlic, parsley, boiled, peeled and finely chopped tomatoes also, add the squid, flooded with water so that they are immersed, and sauté until soft. Meanwhile collected dark yellow liquid was mixed with bread crumbs, add salt, sprinkle pepper, add a little broth of squid and stir. When the squid is tender, add the prepared mixture and stirring is vazvaryava. Serve with slices of fried and steamed rice.
