Shepherd's pie (Shepherd's pie)

Ingredients
500 g lamb
500 ml sauce of roasted meat
3 yolks
500 g mashed potatoes
30 g butter
1/2 onion
100 g chervil
1/2 parsley
1 clove garlic
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper

Method
Finely chopped onion and chervil with crushed garlic fry in butter, until soft. Add diced lamb, roasted meat sauce, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and mix. The yolks are mixed with the mashed potato, which is distributed in an oiled form of a layer of 2-3 cm. On potato mixture is poured meat stuffing. Rest mashed potatoes is applied on top. The dish is baked in the oven 30-35 minutes.
