Shortcake Burgas

Ingredients
7 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
2 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
# For the cream:
250 g butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 egg white
Method
Eggs are separated 1 egg white, others with broken zahartta, add the walnuts and flour mixture is poured into a pan with a diameter of 30 cm and bake at 180C degrees around until ready. For the cream the butter (soft) mix with powdered sugar and the defeated snow white. Remove the cake smeared with cream, cut into squares, dusted with caramelized sugar.

How big pan is suitable for cake?

Medium, I bake it in the baking pan where the cook, not cakes. Diameter is 30 cm.

Where for special occasions, the squares are made smaller, as bites and pinned onto toothpicks to eat without a fork.
