Ingredients
3 pink grapefruit
puff pastry
100 g chocolate
1 tsp brown sugar
4 tsp ground almonds
4 tsp chopped almonds

Method
Grapefruit peel with a sharp knife and remove all white Webbing. Chocolate is cut into small pieces. On the bottom of a circular shape with a diameter of 26 cm is spread dough. Sprinkle with ground almonds. Top rank grapefruit slices and sprinkle with chocolate chips, brown sugar and chopped almonds. Cake bake about 20 minutes in a preheated 220 C oven. Serve cold.

For those who like bitter-sweet taste cake will appeal to many. Rather labored while away the skins of each piece of grapefruit, but worth it.
