Silistra mesenitsa leeks

Ingredients
40 g yeast cube
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
flour for soft dough
# For the filling:
2-3 leeks
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 egg yolk spreads
sunflower oil

Method
Yeast dissolved in 400 ml warm water with 1 tbsp sugar and leave in a warm place to rise. Flour is poured into a tray in the middle makes it well and put the dissolved yeast, the oil and salt. Blended into a soft dough that is formed into a ball and leave in a warm place to rise and double in volume. The dough into three balls and roll each ball of sheet, 1 cm thick. The sheet is smeared with sunflower oil and sprinkle with plenty of stuffing - leeks cut into small pieces, sprinkle with 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp paprika (optional put a little cayenne pepper) and nice creases hands to soften. Each sheet is rolled and rolled in the tray, with soil from the center of the tray. Mesenitsata smeared with sunflower oil and put in a warm place to rise. After the rise is coated with 1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tsp sunflower oil and bake at 200 C for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, lightly sprayed with water and with a towel to smother and soft.

Can you not put pepper that it sounds like a dish.

This is the original recipe, but a matter of taste, what people prefer. So if you do not want paprika do not put.

As much I like pastry with leeks will make it necessarily, but it will put a little cheese.

I know it as onion pastry, try it - it's great.

And I really like the recipe, but will surely add and Cheese because it is respected at home!
