Soup beans
Ingredients
2 handfuls (500 g) beans
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
2 tsp (10 g) flour
salt
Method
Broad beans are cleaned and cut into pieces, and then washed and placed in boiling water. Add salt, bring to the boil and boil until soft. Flour fry lightly in fat, stir several times with red pepper and pour in broad bean. After ten minutes the finished soup is removed from the fire. Can be served with yogurt.
