Soup of lamb chitterlings

Ingredients
500 g lamb chitterlings
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika
1 liter milk
salt
garlic and vinegar optional
Method
Good cleaning chitterlings are cooked in a little salted water. Remove and shred in small pieces. Flour fry in the butter until pink. Add the red pepper. Pour in the milk. Once the boil add chopped chitterlings. The soup simmer for ten minutes. When serving, optional add chopped garlic and vinegar.
