Soup of sauerkraut with sausage
2 heads (100 g) onion
1/2 cabbage sauerkraut
150 g sausage
6 tbsp (60 ml) vegetable oil
Onions and cabbage, abandoned finely, sauté in the oil, then pour 6-7 cups boiling water and cook until soft. Add the sausage, cut into small rings and boil for 15-20 minutes. The broth is trying salt and, if necessary, add salt. Remove from heat, thicken with egg and serve.
