Spanish meatballs with sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp potato flour
3 fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp saffron
1 tbsp salt
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
# For the meatballs:
500 g minced meat
2 eggs
2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp pepper
1 cup crushed crackers
1 onion
3 cloves garlic

Method
The fat is heated and it fry flour until browned. Add 4 cups water, leaves, mint, saffron, pinch of salt, chopped onion and 4 cloves of garlic. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, prepare the meatballs. Chop the onion, garlic cloves too. All the ingredients are kneaded well, meatballs are formed with the size of a walnut. Put them in the sauce. Leave to boil 30-35 minutes, until the meat is cooked.
