Spicy Breaded fish fillets

Ingredients
4 fillets of fresh fish
4 fillets of pickled or salted fish
1 cup white wine
lemon juice
pinch of cinnamon
pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp flour
breadcrumbs
frying fat
pinch of sugar
Method
Wine boiled with cinnamon and pepper and pour it fillets. Leave to stand for several hours. Pancake dough is made from eggs, milk, flour and a pinch of salt and it PANIC fillets in pairs of fresh and marinated fillet (PANIC only foreign countries). Then rolled in bread crumbs and fry in very hot oil. From marinade, sugar, pinch of salt, lemon juice and 2 tsp flour mixed into a little cold water, make a thick sauce that is boiled a few minutes and served in sauce-boat to fried fillets.
