Spicy meatballs

Ingredients
500 g minced meat pork
500 g of ground beef
3 eggs
salt
pepper
1 tsp (5 g) cumin
savory
1 clove garlic
1 slice of dry bread
1 hour. h. (200 ml) red wine
Method
Both types of meat mixed with 2 eggs, salt, pepper, cumin, savory, crushed garlic and bread, previously soaked in milk or water and wrung out. Allow to cool for two hours. There are also small meatballs, dip in beaten egg and fry until crusted. Then the wine is added to the fat, which are fried meatballs, allow to boil and pour this sauce meatballs.
