Spinach with rice and mushrooms

Ingredients
400 g spinach
250 g mushrooms
1 and 1/2 cup rice
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
1/2 cup tomato paste
parsley, mint, savory, black pepper, salt
sunflower oil
olives

Method
Mushrooms them chopped, put in a pan with a little oil and when they start browning add the chopped onion and garlic, then rice and 1 cup water. When the rice absorbs the water add the tomato paste and leave for 5 minutes on the stove. In tray distribute spinach, which I previously steeped for 2-3 minutes and add the rice, add 2 cups water, salt and spices to taste. Bake in a preheated moderate oven. 10 minutes before the dish is ready scatter with olives and dopicham. * 1 cup = 250 ml

rice is delicious! Proposnah olives, because I did not. We ate it with and without yogurt - both options we liked.
