Ingredients
200 g rice
30 g butter
100 g ham
125 g grated cheese
250 g zucchini
250 g spinach
2 scallions
2 sprigs fresh garlic

Method
Rice is boiled in salted water and leave to cool. Onions and garlic are finely sauté in the butter. Spinach is cut short and add to the onion and garlic. Finally, put the chopped herbs.
