Steaks with sauce pan

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sunflower oil
4 pork chops
1 onion or 1 bunch green onions
1/2 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup cream
1 tbsp mustard
parsley
salt, pepper
Method
Melt the butter and the oil in a frying pan. Salted steak and sprinkle with pepper. Fry them on each side for about 2-3 minutes until lightly browned. Leave in the pan half fat. Fry the onion in it until soft. Pour broth and wine, return the meat and simmer about 20 minutes until it breaks. Remove the meat to a plate and cover with foil, to keep warm. Allow the sauce on the stove on low heat and when half turn aside, add cream. Cook another 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add the mustard and parsley and mix well. Serve steaks, flights sauce.
