Method
Chops are crushed and sprinkled with black pepper, cumin and a little salt, because cabbage leaves are savory. Each sheet is wrapped in sauerkraut and rank in the glass pot. Pour a little water and sunflower oil and leave to cook on low heat for about 2 hours.

We call them *Dressed chops.* Brew them in the pressure cooker - are very fast - about 10-15 minutes.
every winter them do just that bake them in the oven baking pan - first with foil on top then clean it off to constipation. Very quickly and become very fragile
