Stewed lamb chops

Ingredients
1 kg lamb chops
75 g butter
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup white wine
250 g fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 bunch parsley
salt, pepper
Method
Cutlets lightly crushed and salting. Dip in flour and fry gently in the heated butter. Cleaned mushrooms are cut into strips and sauté in the same butter. Add the remaining flour, wine, a little water, finely chopped parsley, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Put the chops in the sauce and sauté until soft.
