Strawberry smoothie with chocolate soy milk

Ingredients
350 ml natural soy milk
150 g strawberries
4 cookies fresh dates
1 tbsp raw cocoa powder

Method
Soak the dates in warm water for a few minutes, so you can more easy to peel them. Put in blender peeled and pitted dates and other products and blended for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is homogeneous. * If using dried figs can either increase the quantity or add another sweetener, agave or maple syrup. * If your soy milk is purchased ready with chocolate flavor, it is not necessary to add the cocoa. * The products have two cups of smoothie (shake). * This is a very tasty and useful shake. Suitable for vegans.
