Stuffed artichokes

Ingredients
4 artichokes
6 sardines canned
2 cloves garlic
2 onions
2 carrots
piece of celery
100 g salo
4 tbsp (40 ml) sunflower oill
lemon juice
parsley
black pepper
salt
Method
The cut parts of the cleaned artichokes are rubbed with lemon juice, place in boiling salted water and cook for about 20 minutes. Remove, leave to cool, remove the medium and colored petals and pistils filled with sardines smeared with garlic. The chopped onion and vegetables fried in butter, add salt is sprinkled pepper, add the artichokes, as on every place 1 piece of salo, pour a little water and cook under lid until soft. Remove salo, artichokes placed in warmed plates and pour the sauce.
