Stuffed bell peppers

Ingredients
15 peppers bell peppers
250 g minced meat
2 leeks
2 carrots
2 potatoes
cumin
pepper
salt
parsley
sunflower oil

Method
Fry them chopped leeks and carrots, add the minced meat to fried it and then put pre cooked and mashed potatoes. By sauteed mixture well, put cumin, black pepper and parsley salt. Camby cleaned and put in hot water to soften. Then filled with the prepared mixture and arrange in the pan. Bake in a moderate temperature. Optional topping is made with egg and yoghurt or white sauce.

bells were very tasty! Kratofite came good substitute for rice, which I do not like much. Instead of sweet bell peppers previously put in hot water, pozapekoha they poured a little water and cover with foil. Peko them until tender. Without sauce are delicious, but tomorrow they will do and sauce!
