Stuffed dried peppers in Lovech

Ingredients
750 g minced meat
1/2 cup (100 g) pork lard
15-20 (500 g) dried red peppers
2 heads (100 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch of dill
1-2 sprigs of mint
10-15 peppercorns
1 sour cabbage
salt
Method
To ground meat add chopped onion, red pepper, crushed pepper, chopped parsley, dill and mint, and salt to taste. The mixture is stirred well and it was stuffed peppers, previously soaked in water. Cabbage is cut into small pieces. In pan rank order cabbage, peppers row as the top place cabbage. Pour over the warm water and melted fat and bake in the oven, leave a little sauce.

The same thing happens in a saucepan, eventually thicken the broth. And it soup sober once! Try and you will not go wrong!

Super tasty. My grandmother instead of minced cabbage leaves turning some of it.
