Summer Vegetable Cocktail

Ingredients
700 g spinach
1 cucumber
4 tsp sugar
4 tbsp lemon juice
salt
pepper
Method
Spinach is cleared of roots and stems and wash well. Chilled cucumber peel and cut into cubes. Strain the vegetables. The resulting juice is filtered and diluted with cold water or mixed with crushed ice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Nathe pita distributed in glasses and in each add 1 tsp sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice. The edge of each cup is attached circle cucumber decoration.
