Tepski kebab with sauerkraut
Ingredients
750 g pork
200 g unsalted salo
1,5 kg sauerkraut
Chapter 1 (100 g) onion or leek
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper spray pepper

Method
Salo meat and cut into small pieces (chunks), add salt and put in a baking dish with chopped onions. Fry until golden coloring the onions, then mix with the cabbage, chopped, and paprika. The dish is baked in the oven without added water. So the cabbage and meat stewed in their own sauce.
