Tiramisu with feta cheese Philadelphia

Ingredients
1 large package of biscuits - biscuits 48
400 g feta cheese or feta cheese Philadelphia cream or desalinated cottage cheese
4 eggs
500 ml liquid sweet cream or sour cream 200 g
200 ml liquor Baileys
2 tsp instant coffee
Cocoa
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup ready filter coffee
Method
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. In the yolks add sugar and beat until blanching, then add the feta cheese and stir well, then all this is added liqueur. In a separate bowl mix the cream. In a third bowl whisk the egg whites to snow. mixtures of three vessels are mixed and stirred with a wooden spoon until a homogeneous mixture, which is divided into two parts. In one added instant-coffee and stir. In a square or rectangular glass baking dish or pan lining: submerged for less filter coffee (pre-made) ladyfingers, then white cream sprinkled with cocoa, then instant coffee cream, then again dipped biscotti and so alternate to the end, as the top is dusted with cocoa tightly. Leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours. I replaced Baileys liqueur with rum and red is very fragrant. I do not know what happened this time, but with this dose of cream made in a pan 3 packages ladyfingers (72) and even left me cream. So be prepared, just in case.

mhogo nice, but the cream is not a little ryadak with all beltytsi

It is very delicious cake, do it recently, but several times. Only use sour cream (not liquid), become better. Last paut and put 2 handfuls of strawberries and cream between biscuits.

And I forgot the most important thing: I must put 1 packet gelatin previously soaked and melted in a water bath (or microwave) in the cream.
