Tomato sauce Chilean
1 spicy pepper and 1 tsp (5 g) hot paprika
1/4 cup (50 ml) mild vinegar or 1/4 cup (50 ml) wine
1 tbsp (10 g) powdered sugar
2 tbsp (20 ml) of water
Finely chopped onions, tomatoes and peppers sprinkled with vinegar, sugar, cinnamon and salt and sauté in low heat until soft, then rub through a screen and added to water and boiled for about ten minutes while constantly stirring.
