Topped oranges

Ingredients
3 oranges
150 g sugar
60 g demineralized cottage cheese or mascarpone
6 tbsp cream
fruit jam for garnish
Method
Oranges are cross-cut and carve. The flesh of 1 orange is squeezed juice, and other 2 are cut into small cubes. The cottage cheese (the feta cheese), sugar and juice to a fluffy cream, add the cream and the shattered pieces of oranges. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Fill the hollowed-out oranges and decorate with fruit jam.
