Tri dessert

Ingredients
6 yolks
250 g sugar
900 g cream
4 tbsp water
1 vanilla sugar
100 g fruits (strawberries, raspberries)
100 g chocolate

Method
Yolks, sugar and water are broken well . Individual cream mix of thick snow, and thereto was added a mixture of the yolks, then it is divided into three parts. In the first part of the cream add vanilla sugar, Mashed fruits in the second and in the third cut (molten) chocolate. Thereafter, all mixtures were poured into an appropriate form on one another, and is placed to be frozen for at least 4 hours.
