Turkey with apricots and white wine

Ingredients
500-700 g of turkey meat
1 cup fresh apricots pitted or 1/2 cup dried
2-3 onions
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 head garlic
3 bay leaves
1 tsp vinegar
sprigs of dill and parsley
Method
Cut the turkey into small pieces fry in the butter and put in a saucepan. Cut the onion, fry, mixed with tomato juice, sugar, paprika, cinnamon and wine. The mixture is added to the turkey and stew 30 minutes. Fry the flour in a dry frying pan until light brown, dilute with wine vinegar and pour into the pan with the turkey. Add to it apricots, bay leaf, salt, and stew for another 10-12 minutes on low heat. Add the chopped garlic and aromatic herbs, remove from heat and allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
