Turkey with cabbage Charles

Ingredients
1 (1,5 kg) turkey
2 kg sauerkraut
200 g salo
5 dried red peppers
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
125 g butter
pepper
salt

Method
Good clean turkey cut into large pieces. Sauerkraut cut into in small pieces and stew on low heat until tender. Then add the meat from the turkey pieces of salo, red peppers, some of the fat, red and black pepper. If the turkey is older, the pot is placed first sprouts, then the meat of turkey and sprouts again with salo and spices. Serve stew on low heat until tender cabbage and meat, pour heated with butter and bake in the oven.
