Veal schnitzel with a sauce of capers

Ingredients
4 shitseli leg
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
150 g cream
30 g butter
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
3/4 cup (150 ml) meat broth
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp capers
pinch of sugar
pepper
salt
Method
Schnitzel is crushed, salting is, sprinkle pepper and fry in strongly heated butter and sunflower oil on both countries. Schnitzel is removed and placed in a warm place. In the remaining oil is put the flour, fry is, pour broth and cream and boil, add lemon juice, capers and sugar vazvaryava, add cutlets, heated and served.
