Vegan salad

Ingredients
4 potatoes
4 onions
4 cloves garlic
4 canned tomatoes
1 tsp curry
1 tsp caraway
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
Method
In salted water Boil potatoes - unpeeled. In a pan put chopped onion and fry until soft, add a little salt. Remove the onion in the same pan fry the tomatoes with the crushed garlic and put salt, sugar and pepper. Separately, fry the potatoes, cut into cubes with a little cumin and curry. In the first dish is served onions, then potatoes, and finally the tomatoes.
