Vegan spinach fricassee

Ingredients
3 handfuls of spinach
3-4 tbsp flour
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1 cube mushroom broth
1 full tsp margarine
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper

Method
Margarita the oil is heated. Flour dissolves (blurring) with cold water. Pour in the oil. Must be obtained sauce density boza. Once the boil a few minutes, add the spinach, cut into strips and fungus soup. Boil until tender spinach. Before you remove from heat taste with lemon juice and black pepper.

Yes option of fast water is suitable. With milk can be done at other times of the year. I often do my daughter, but do not put lemon, because she does not like.
