Veiled eggs on slices of bread
Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes
125 g butter
10 eggs
150 g cheese
pepper
salt
white bread

Method
Tomatoes cut flaps and carving inside. Hollowed tomatoes drain, then arrange in a greased baking dish with butter and some salt. In each tomato puts dab butter and breaks low 1 egg. Bake about 20 minutes at medium heat oven. Serve hot, sprinkled with grated cheese and crushed pepper on toasted slices of white bread.
