Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup milk
yeast as a walnut
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
250 g feta cheese
1 cup fat
about 1 kg of flour
Method
Yeast, milk, water, 1 egg, 1 egg white, salt, sugar and flour prepare dough. There are also 5-6 balls to stand for 15 minutes. Each ball roll size tray, dab with plenty of fat and crumbled feta cheese. Put them on one another. Wound on a roll, twist and pull until the roll is sufficiently long. Rolls up snail, dab with yolk rises and bake.
