Vita sweet banitsa stuffed with walnuts
Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
1 cup (200 ml) fat
2 cup (400 g) walnuts
# For the syrup:
2 cup (400 ml) of water
2 cup (400 g) sugar
Method
Of flour, a little salt water and knead dough banitsa, which is rolled into sheets. Each crust sprinkled with oil and chopped walnuts and rolled. The rolls are arranged in a circle in the pan, greased with fat. The banitsa, once baked and cool, pour the syrup made from sugar and water.
