Walnut KOLACH

Ingredients
5 eggs
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) flour
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) sugar
1/2 cup (100 g) walnuts
1 vanilla powder
1/4 tsp (2 g) of baking soda
1 tbsp (25 g) butter
Method
Yolks and sugar is broken down to graying. Add the flour, ground walnuts, vanilla, baking soda, and finally beaten egg whites. The resulting dough is spread in a baking dish greased with the butter and lightly sprinkled with flour and bake in a moderate oven. Baked cake sprinkled with powdered sugar and cut into diamonds.
