Ingredients
1 kg peppers
500 g cottage cheese or feta cheese
2 eggs
150 ml sunflower oil
pepper
flour for sprinkling of pepper
salt
feta cheese optional

Method
Clean and wash peppers filled with a mixture of the cottage cheese and the feta cheese, eggs, pepper and salt - if much needed in the hole sprinkle with a little flour to not go stuffing in baking. Place in a greased pan, pour on top with sunflower oil and bake. As brown for 15-20 minutes, turning to brown for the other side.

Quick, easy and delicious dish in the summer - I do often, and in winter it prepare with peppers from the freezer :)

Today I have prepared them. Filling of cheese and curd, falsified with fenugreek and garlic. Very tasty.
