Pangasius with mustard and lemon

Ingredients
3 pangasius fish fillet (or other zander)
2 tsp mustard
1 lemon
1/3 cup white wine
salt, pepper
lovage
Method
Fillets are seasoned with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish and cover them with a mixture of mustard and lemon juice. Sprinkle with lovage. Pour a little wine and bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven for about 20 minutes.
