Omelet with jam

Ingredients
3 tbsp caster sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp flour
jam
butter
Method
Collect 3 yolks and 3 tablespoons powdered sugar and break them down until they foam, add the foam of the three whites and one spoon flour and break all again. Then take a pan, greased with butter, put the dough inside, spilling it all over the floor and put it to bake until turn yellow nice. Brush the omelet on a clean board, cover it with marmalade and folded over him sprinkle powdered sugar.

This is a sweet omelette. Another way is to put in the heated pan and when browned underneath, the pan can be put under the grill to brown, and the upper side. Or maybe just to pay;) Served with ice cream on the side or covered with fruit salad is stahoten! Flour gives only stability of proteins. Can be used and starch.
