Then pieces of meat fry well on both sides in a frying pan with preheated oil. After removing from the pan leave in a warm vessel. Peas put in a saucepan with the butter, chopped onion, grated carrot, garlic and parsley chopped, 1 tbsp (10 ml) of water, salt and pepper, Cover very well and left to stew for 15 minutes while stirring. To these are added first of the butter, and then kipnatoto milk portions until a desired consistency. Also add salt and pepper to taste. If the puree is not served immediately, it is better to keep warm in a water bath. Eggs are broken down very well and add to the flour and a little salt. The slices are dipped slightly on both sides in cold milk, then in egg and fry in fat. The cheese was cut into 4 slices and fry the same manner as the bread, but immersed only in the eggs. In each dish before serving placed first fried slice of bread. Put it on a piece of breaded cheese and top piece of meat, garnished with thinly cut piece lukanka. Around this pyramid groups are arranged toppings and mashed potatoes. Instead puree can be prepared fried potatoes. For this purpose, the potatoes are peeled, washed and cut to length as sticks 1 cm thick. Each wand is dry with a cloth before placing it in the fat for frying. Fry until browned in a pan with oil.
