Vine dolmas with sauce

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
1 cup rice
1 large onion
cumin
savory
grape leaves
sunflower oil or butter
paprika
parsley
# For soup thickener:
300 g yogurt
1 yolk
7 tbsp flour (1 l broth)

Method
Chop finely. Kneaded with minced meat, rice and spices and rolled the dolmas. Arranged in tightly saucepan. Cover with the lid so that the boiling does not occur, add salt, add sunflower oil and water and cook. Soup thickenerta prepared, such as milk, flour and egg yolk is broken and stirring are added to the broth thickens him. Serve fry sunflower oil or butter and pepper and pour the dolmas. I often prepare them.

I also often prepare these leaves, but sometimes like today do not turn and chopped vine leaves finely and concoct everything together. Easy, tasty and fast :)
