200 g frozen dumplings or ravioli stuffing of your choice
1 handful of green beans or okra
3-4 stalks celery
1/2 bunch parsley
2 tbsp butter
1 bouillon cube, pepper and paprika, salt

Vegetables are cut and sauté in the butter. Sprinkle with spices, broth and salt. Make up to about 1.2 liters of water and boil 40 minutes. Dumplings cook for 4-5 minutes in salted water or according to the directions on the package. In each plate put 6-7 pelmencheta, make the soup and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
